I have had a great experience working with Tropical Marketing. The service is phenomenal and they turned around my music on hold message in less than 24 hours! I was able to choose the voice and the music. They provided the music on a digital file, but they can send it other ways too. They are also very knowledgeable about different phone systems and how to implement the music on hold onto your system.
