tropical marketing & steve are really great in service. we never had the on-hold system for our phone. steve went through step by step process to initiate the program. he sent me verity of options to go over to select voice, readings & also holiday music. after selecting draft & music, everthing was ready with in 2-3 days & got shipment with in 7days of initial talk. once package came, steve called to help with set up the system. package contained speaker unit with power adapter, 2 USB drive, and connection cable for system to voice unit. all was smooth set up & we are happy now as our customers will hear more about us what we are offering. thank you steve & Tropical Marketing for all your support. PS. package price was not bad too. as we owed everything & no subscription or yearly fees.

The team at Tropical Marketing did a fantastic job helping us adjust our script and then quickly recording our on-hold message that our customers here while on hold when they call our store. I will certainly be using them again in the future!
